Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact for a valid return processing.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is confirmed via email.
